2010 CAC WOSEM INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION, BALTIMORE,MD

The National Convention Planning committee in conjunction with the  Local Planning Committee in Baltimore, MD has concluded arrangements to ensure a successful Convention.

In this regard an Official memo detailing the registration and accommodation fees for Pastors and all delegates are being sent to you. Accommodation for all attendees for the convention is at the:

The Hotel accommodation rate is $75.00 per Night, the hotel policy allows up to four (4) people in a room.

ALL DELEGATES INCLUDING DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENTS, PASTORS AND CHURCH OFICERS MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND MAKE RESERVATION AND PRE-PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS.  THE FINAL DATE FOR RESERVATION AT THIS RATE IS THURSDAY, JUNE 17 2010. (Please note that this date will not be extended)

THE BALTIMORE CHURCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND CAN NOT MAKE HOTEL RESERVATION FOR ANY DELEGATE OR MINISTER.

 

The registration fee schedule is as follows;

1. All ministers irrespective of their arrival date:  $150.00
2. All delegates and individuals                           $50.00
3. All couples - Husband & Wife                         $75.00

 

All attendees are requested to register and pay their registration fee at the official website of the convention:   www.cacwosembalt.org. The accommodation fee is separate from registration fee

 

All ministers are expected to arrive at the convention Venue on Wednesday July 28. There is a scheduled convention briefing and overview meeting with the General Overseer at 7.00pm on July 28. (Ministers’ wives and Matrons are expected to arrive on Tuesday, July 26 for an all-day retreat on Wednesday, July 28).
